Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your lesson, please call (626) 888-9880 to notify the office within 24 hours before your scheduled date/time. Lessons canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours will be charged with a $50 fee. Please be mindful of the instructor's time.

No Show Policy

It is your responsibility to know when your lessons are scheduled. It does not matter who scheduled the lesson for you, you are responsible to show up and be prepared. Please bring your permit, wear appropriate shoes, and make payment at end of each lesson. If you're unprepared, the instructor will cancel your lesson. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied and you would need to reschedule your lesson. Please be considerate of everyone's time.

Office Policy

Driver training with the instructor is conducted 7 days a week from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Please be advised office hours may not always be available during driver training. If you need to reach us, please leave a voice message and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Appointment Time Policy

Although lessons are scheduled by the hour, it may start before or end after our expected time due to traffic or uncontrollable circumstances. Please give us enough cushion time to accomplish the lesson. Your lesson will begin when your instructor arrives for pick up. The instructor may arrive with a student from a previous lesson. Part of your lesson is to drive the student back to his/her drop off location. You may also be driven by the next student.

Tuition Policy

Tuition or payment is expected prior to each lesson. We accept Zelle, Cash, Check.

Refund Policy

All lessons are not refundable unless stated otherwise. Under special circumstances, please contact us.
